Decoration Makes an Impact
Heat Transfer
Heat transfer is a great decoration choice if you are looking for affordable design options with unlimited colors.
Also known as a digital transfer, this process first starts by printing out the artwork and then applying it onto the surface with a heat press.
Heat transfer designs are affordable and great for decorating your orders, whether large or small. It can also be used on a wide range of fabrics as compared to dye sublimation, which typically only works on polyester fabrics.
Dye Sublimation
This unique decoration method offers all sorts of possibilities for your branded apparel with full colour, high resolution prints that will never fade.
Screen Printing
Screen printing pushes the ink through screens. With a multi-colour print job, each colour requires a separate screen. This is why there’s a limit to the number of colours in screen printing (we recommend 4 or less), and why the cost increases with each colour addition.
Screen printing is one of the most common types of decoration, and the most cost effective option for larger quantities.
Digital Full Color Process
This 4 color process applies ink directly to an item, followed by a protective clear coat. This results in a raised texture that adds a dimension to your print that brings it to life.
Full Color Printing
For this project, the challenge was in rebranding an established product to attract new audiences, while ensuring that current users feel connected. The results were outstanding.
Custom Label
Custom woven labels add a retail look to your apparel or product, while clearly personalising each piece with your unforgettable brand.
Puff Embroidery
3D embroidery, also known as puff embroidery, is a technique where foam is inserted under the embroidery stitch, thereby creating a 3D look and feel on your promo product.
The best designs for puff embroidery are simple ones that really pop out, like initials or alphabets. Since there's foam inserted under the embroidery stitches, it can be hard to maintain the details on tiny text or designs.
Embroidery
Embroidery is by far one of the most popular ways to decorate your branded apparel, and we're sure you've seen a few examples in your lifetime. There are two types of embroidery: flat embroidery and puff (or 3D) embroidery.
Deboss
Deboss allows you to leave an impression of your logo in a material’s surface. Deboss utilizes a die that is heat-pressed into the material.
Appliqué
It's a decoration method that essentially involves stitching smaller pieces of fabric or other decorations onto a larger piece to create different designs or patterns.
It's a good alternative to embroidery, where the cost of embroidering is affected by the number of stitches in your design.
Patches
Custom patches are a great way to add some texture and durability to your next project. A custom patch is perfect if you're looking to add some dimensional depth to your logo!
Foil Imprints
The new foil imprint process is an exceptional way to make your logo shine. This unique process is unlike any other printing or ink application. Choose from a variety of colored foil options to see your brand logo in a whole new light.
Mirror Imprinting
This new printing technique is available on various clear items. Due to the nature of this printing technique, it must be seen through a transparent surface. From the outside looking in, this reflective ink gives you something to think about.
Laser Engraving
Laser engraving gives your logo a clean, distinguished appearance by precisely etching the artwork into the material’s surface.
Etching
the technique of creating art on the surface of glass by applying acidic, caustic, or abrasive substances. The removal of minute amounts of glass causes the characteristic rough surface and translucent quality of frosted glass.
